Globe North, LLC Founder and President Gregory North is a recognized thought leader in enterprise and digital transformation with over twenty-five years of experience channeling the power of automation through the lens of process, focused on the customer experience. Engaging with industry leaders around the world, Gregory is helping to shape best practice in process automation and to prepare organizations for the emerging digital workforce. Prior to launching Globe North, Gregory was Chief Process Officer for Xerox Services, responsible for their transformation to an industry-facing, global shared services model. Over his career, he has led Business Transformation at Xerox, Fidelity Investments and Tyco International’s M/A-COM Wireless Division, with industry experience in Business Services, Financial Services and Advanced Manufacturing. In those roles his responsibilities included enterprise process model design, Lean Six Sigma deployment and global implementation of SAP. While at Xerox, he partnered with Toyota and General Electric to help design and launch the award-winning New York State Lean program and sponsored the launch of the Lean program at Save the Children.
Gregory serves as Principal Advisor on Digital Transformation to the Outsourcing Institute and the Institute for Robotic Process Automation and Artificial Intelligence (IRPA/AI) and is an Avasant Distinguished Fellow.

Donald Barber is a frequent speaker and author on the subject of Operational Excellence, capitalizing on over 20 years of experience leading Business Process Improvement and Automation. Don has deep industry experience in banking and financial services including Sun Trust, Fidelity Investments and BNY Mellon. Don successfully leveraged process and automation solutions to improve operational costs, increase customer satisfaction, accelerate revenue growth and reduce the risk of regulatory noncompliance. Recently Don has led successful implementation of Robotic Process Automation solutions for processes including invoice processing, government compliance reporting, and mortgage QC process automation.
John Davidoski has decades of experience driving key initiatives in systems strategy, development, deployment, integration and ongoing business process optimization. John began his career as a programmer with IBM’s Microelectronics Division, quickly advancing to leadership roles with responsibility for Data Center management and overall IT strategy for IBM’s Northeast Region. John then held a variety of IT management roles with IBM Global Financing (IGF), including Systems Strategy and Enterprise Architecture. Recently, John served as an Enterprise Business Transformation change agent at IBM and Xerox.
Er Ralston brings over 30 years of experience in numerous operations and process excellence interventions. He is an accomplished coach, advisor, teacher, and speaker specializing in Business Process Management, Lean and Six Sigma, strategic and tactical business planning, and the Baldrige Excellence Framework. Er founded Ralston Excellence, a North Carolina based training and consulting firm. Previously, Mr. Ralston held positions as a Master Black Belt with the Juran Institute and with Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center. He worked 20 years for AMP Inc. (now TE Connectivity) where he was Director of Quality for Worldwide Operations. Mr. Ralston is a Senior Member of the American Society for Quality, a certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt, and a former Senior Examiner for the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award.
Paul Schaffran led digital transformation at IBM Global Financing (IGF) for more than 30 years where he held various Operational and Program Management positions. A recognized leader in the development of process and technology to transform business transactions, Paul led implementation of IBM IGF’s B2B programs including EDI, Internet Portal and the migration to XML interfaces. At the time of his retirement from IBM, Paul was responsible for IGF’s Electronic Commerce Strategy. Currently Paul is working on development and deployment of Blockchain solutions including support of IBM’s global financing services.
Ed Susman is a seasoned professional with over 35 years of varied experience developed both as an industry executive and as a management consulting partner. Mr. Susman is currently focused on Intelligent Automation and its potential to transform the way organizations operate and interact with their customers. He also has a wealth of experience in RPA, Strategic Sourcing and Supplier and IT Strategies. In 2017 Mr. Susman founded Ed Susman Consulting LLC, a New Jersey based management consulting firm. Prior to that, Mr. Susman worked at Citigroup for 10 years where he was an RPA evangelist, playing a key role in bringing RPA to the firm and as a Relationship Manager helping clients develop and implement their resource and sourcing strategies. Before Citigroup, Ed worked at TPI (currently ISG) advising clients in making their outsourcing selections and assisting them with Supplier Management and Governance and for CSC’s Strategic Consulting Group helping clients develop their technology strategies and Operating Models. A recognized thought leader, Mr. Susman is a founding member of the Institute for Robotic Process Automation / Artificial Intelligence (IRPA/AI) Practitioner’s Advisory Council. Ed has an MBA from the Stern School of Business at New York University and lives with his wife in New Jersey where he is active in the community.
Simon Parker is an enterprise Business Architect and transformation leader with extensive experience gained across many international and global roles in IBM. He specializes in the realization of strategy through rigorous integrated business, process, information and systems design, together with transformation leadership. Recognized for extensive business process design experience, technical background and talent for visualizing and presenting complex problems and solutions in simple, understandable ways. Rodney North recently held the role of Director of Marketing and External Relations at Fairtrade America, he led a dynamic team promoting the fair-trade model to the U.S. public on behalf of 1.7 million small-scale farmers and workers from 74 developing countries. Rodney is a senior communications and marketing professional with more than 20 years’ experience in social entrepreneurship, advocacy, corporate communications, public relations, public speaking and employee training. Previously he was the lead spokesperson for Equal Exchange, an award-winning $60M social enterprise known for their pioneering work in employee-ownership and governance, fair trade, and outspoken advocacy for progressive business practices. There he also held various elected leadership roles within Equal Exchange’s worker co-operative, one of the largest and most successful in North America. His areas of expertise include: cooperatives, corporate social responsibility, fair trade, product certifications, organic food industry, employee-ownership, democratic workplaces, CPG and B-to-B marketing, international trade in agricultural commodities, international development.
