- Agile for Project Teams – launch for teams in Agile ways of working, delivered through a series of workshops in which the team reviews their objectives, establishes ground rules for operating, creates their initial product backlog, and plans their first sprint ceremonies
- Agile for Product Owners and Scrum Masters – Role based training providing deep dive into responsibilities, ceremonies, and tools
